If you want to waste your time, buy from Precios Ya. I bought something through their AliExpress store. Nine days after placing the order, the product still hadn't been shipped. AliExpress eventually canceled the order automatically.

SCAMMERS! Warning: My experience was terrible. I made a purchase on their website, the payment went through correctly, but the order never arrived and I received no confirmation or tracking number. I've tried contacting them several times by email and phone, without success. Be very careful with this company.

Absolutely shameless. In January, I ordered a Funko Pop! through Amazon, and they shipped it via express mail. To my shock, one day when we weren't home, the delivery driver claimed to have delivered the package, forging a signature and using an ID number that wasn't ours. We contacted Amazon, even the owner (who told us so in a phone call), to inquire about the price. Weeks went by, and despite proving that the information wasn't ours, the company did nothing about it. As a result, I'm left without the gift for my son and without €20. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR THROUGH AMAZON.

Worst delivery experience ever. 2 weeks to managed them to send to the right adress cause the vendor desnt know how to read and pass a file with the adress. Sent 5 msgs before the vendor answer with the phrase " dont have your adress" after i sent it 3 times , after the website i bought the product sent them and after getting it by email. And still nothing arrived

This is a dishonest company, to say the least. I bought a Cecotec Proclean 3040 microwave, and when I tested it, it heated everything except the food. It got extremely hot and very loud, but when you took the food out, or even a glass of water, it came out as cold as when it went in. Okay, no big deal, sometimes these kinds of appliances malfunction, that's all. However, when I requested a refund from Miravia, where I bought it, the company PRECIOSYA, without hesitation, rejected the return. I checked, and the reason given was that the product had arrived completely destroyed and without any packaging (they uploaded photos to the app). When I reviewed the photos, what a shock... it was a different microwave than the one they had sold me, and they were trying to steal my refund. What saved me was that we had taken additional photos of the product I received, and that allowed us to file a claim. In the end, they had to issue a refund. I'm posting photos of the microwave without the sticker that I received, and the photos published by this thieving company.
