Player Vs Player

Whenever I come to Jerez, I stop by this shop. I've bought things and enjoyed their offers. But there's something I don't understand. The woman who works there is incredibly rude. She treats customers with disdain and a condescension that's completely inappropriate for good customer service. Today, February 14, 2026, is the last time I'll be there. It's a shame that in a place that should be safe, you feel humiliated and ridiculed. They couldn't care less. But they're not just losing one customer; they're losing a whole group of customers. Because, obviously, I will strongly recommend that you never go near a shop where they treat you like that. Goodbye.

Great shop lots of cards figures ect...

Amazing service and a nice, clean shop! When asked if they could help me in English, they were more than willing to help. Got a tour around the store and the back to show some projects they are working on. They even already have the D&D core books in Spanish! Employees showed interest, not just in me, but to other customers aswell. Every wednesday they have miniature painting courses and they print their own miniatures too. 10/10 would definitely go back soon!

A nicely stocked gaming store geared toward the players and not the collectors. If you are looking for a rare early thousand dollar card or playing piece, look elsewhere... But if you are looking for recent editions of Magic cards and other popular games in multiple languages, this is your place. The owner was friendly, approachable, and informative. I was looking for some unique Spanish "Magic: the Gathering" packs for my son, and he had several helpful suggestions. We were also after a few appropriate family games for kids 6+, and he came through again. Great shop!
