Planeswalkers Valencia

DO NOT BUY HERE. They send a wrong item after I ordered 2 deckboxes on Cardmarket. I contacted them, but they do not respond and do not offer any solutions. My questions to them have gone unanswered. Edit after owner response: their reply is completely false. They offered a 20% discount on a NEW item, not on the item sent in error, and have as of today still not replied to my questions about returning the item. There have NOT been several attemps; in fact, I asked them multiple times and they have answered ONCE, after nearly a week, and have still not replied to my follow-up question. If you took the effort you put into lying as used it for customer service, we wouldn't be here.

If you search for the Planeswalker store on Maps, the label underneath is "collectible card shop," which is quite ironic because you can't actually buy any cards there: they don't physically have any loose cards in stock; you have to order them online and then pick them up later. I've been playing TCGs for 15 years, and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this. If, like me, you're passing through Valencia and want to buy some cards, this is NOT the right place.

Great spot for Magic The Gathering. Lots of buying option, plenty of play tables and air conditioning!

Lovely dude behind the counter ✨ thanks 😊

Store looks great, play area is amazing, unfortunately the tournament experience was more than disappointing. Came from Denia with a friend to play standard store championship. We called the day before and informed the store. When we arrived we were told we might be the only participants. I think they could have told this before. At the store they said we can still play for the prices between us two if we want. So we did, expecting it to be store championships. When the tournament was over we didnt get store championship promos but trash once that are for commander events plus a spanish booster. As we were both german, we asked for english booster. Which was us denied. We would have even taken booster which are less worth in UVP (we got spanish spiderman and would have taken edge or tarkir). So 85km ride for trash prices and a trash experience … and they said they want to boost standard. Not like this. We actually wanted to come back on saturday for the aniversary … we skip that now.
