Paper i Més is a very complete shop in Castalla. Besides being a bookstore and stationery shop, it also offers a convenient package collection and delivery service, which is very useful for everyday life. The service is excellent. The owner is very friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with a smile. It's a pleasure to find a neighborhood shop where you're served with such professionalism and warmth. Without a doubt, this establishment is highly recommended for its excellent service and friendly staff.

The woman who works there seems like a busybody. That place is an Inpost location with terrible service. She accepts shipments based on her own whims. She refused to ship one of my packages because, according to her "recommendation" (which I didn't ask for), I should put it in a garbage bag so the contents aren't visible (even though that's not an Inpost requirement). She made up this requirement herself. Besides, the contents of the package I wanted to send weren't visible, but according to her, they were, and that's why she refused to ship it. This place shouldn't be an Inpost location. I've attached a photo of my package.
