I placed an online order for a board game at noon with premium shipping, and by 10 a.m. the next day it had arrived at my home in Malaga. The game was perfectly packaged and protected to prevent damage. A 10 out of 10.

I don't know the physical store, only the online store. I can say that they respond to emails quickly, but when I made my purchase, they were on vacation, and that affected my delivery. I paid for premium shipping (48-hour delivery), and after purchasing, I was informed that they were on vacation and would be able to ship it two days later. I understood this, but their website didn't mention or warn about it. Even so, I understood the situation. The problem was that they used excuses to avoid contacting the postal service, which was also delayed. When I asked for proof that the shipment was indeed sent as premium, they didn't provide any additional information, just excuses. They said they were on vacation, that there was a holiday coming up, and then the weekend. They should remove that delivery option if they can't guarantee it. And since it's offered on their website, I hold them responsible, and they didn't offer me any compensation or other guarantee, only that if I wasn't satisfied, I should cancel (which I find a very rude response that doesn't solve anything because I don't have my purchase, and you have to give me a refund, which is an unsatisfactory and superficial solution). They keep saying things like, "The 48-hour delivery time is so-and-so," and "The shipment was sent to such-and-such address," as if they hadn't provided me with tracking, and indeed, I see that it's late considering what I paid for. In short, like many companies, they pass the buck and evade responsibility by blaming the postal service or making excuses. I won't buy from them again, at least not online.

First purchase from Nakama because I was looking for a specific bundle from a collection. And although I wasn't too sure about them at first, I have to say it was a pleasant surprise and the whole experience was fantastic. Great service, fast shipping (it arrived in Madrid in 2 days) and it arrived in perfect condition, just as I ordered. I wish they had more products available. Thanks, Nakama!
