I discovered it through the Beyblade X tournaments. I was blown away the moment I walked in the door; they have absolutely everything. Even things I didn't know existed and now I need. 🤣 Friendly service and good prices.

Terrible service! I've been waiting for the Avatar Toruk, Makto, Jake, and Sully Funko Pop! since December 23rd. I made the purchase online because it said it was available. I contacted them, and they said it might take two or three months, they didn't know. I told them to put it on the website as a pre-order, and they said they'd refund my money but were busy. I waited and waited, but nothing. All I can think is, "Well, maybe it'll arrive sometime." It's July 5th, and I still haven't heard anything! I hope they resolve this situation; otherwise, I'll be forced to contact my lawyer since they don't even answer or communicate with me at all. I've attached screenshots and the calls I've made from different phone numbers.

Fantastic shop full of geeky stuff, plus they make custom Funko Pops which are super cool for gifts!!! The girl who helps you is super friendly!

I've never written a review before, but for my first one, I hope they don't take it down. The service was terrible; it took a month to arrive and it was damaged. Things to consider if anyone reads these reviews (my bad for not reading them beforehand, as they're right and I see myself reflected in them): - Communication 1/10 (They knew the name and saw the 3D image of the model, but nothing else. They didn't know how it works, didn't ask if the things I requested could be done, and then kept quiet only to later say it couldn't be done.) - Materials 1/10 (It stands up if you don't look at it or blow on it. It arrived broken, and after a month and a half, they still haven't taken responsibility for the broken shipment. The box is made of super flimsy cardboard, so it's no wonder the figure broke.) - Price 1/10 (€90 for something printed with poor quality cardboard, and after a month of waiting, thankfully there were four of us, it justifies the exorbitant price they charged me. Saying I can't complain because it didn't take long is more than enough. Things weren't looking good when you see you have to use Bizum). - Honestly, if anyone wants to throw it away If they're going to spend money this way, I'd suggest using AI image processing to generate the 3D model and sending it to a printing company. It'll cost them half as much, and at least they'll have some fun painting it. IN SUMMARY, "FUNKO SCAM" Regards

Very disappointed. Disappointment with the company, the communication, and the condition of the product. I don't recommend it if you're buying a gift. I've attached photos to prove it. On September 23rd, they created a product listing for me (custom Funko Pops for a wedding). I emphasized that I needed them before then because November 1st was a holiday and the wedding was on the 2nd. At no point did they follow up on the order status. I kept asking how it was going, and they only started making the Funko Pops the last week. I didn't even have a chance to say whether I liked it or not. Furthermore, the bride has a freckle, and they didn't include it, saying it looked bad and like a piercing. As a result, they didn't arrive on the date I requested; they arrived just in time for the wedding because they used express shipping on Saturday, November 2nd. In addition, the box arrived bent, and the foot structure was crooked. The person asked me for the other half of the transfer a week later (even though it had already been made, but they hadn't noticed), and then I told them not to expect a good review. After that, they offered me the option of a new box, but I'm still waiting for it, and on top of that, they've left me on read without replying. Thank you for your work, but I'm very disappointed.
