I bought a Mega Drive video game from them on Wallapop. It arrived in a damaged box that they had clearly swapped for the one shown in the ad photos. I contacted them to explain the situation, but they offered no solution. Completely unprofessional.

Fantastic service from the owner. I brought in my 8-year-old son's PS4 steering wheel and pedals to see if he could fix them. After spending some time trying, they couldn't be repaired. Seeing my son start to cry over the loss, the owner did something truly special for him, something no parent ever forgets. Thank you so much, truly. Furthermore, the shop is like a treasure trove of amazing things. I highly recommend it to all console gamers.

Quality and Quantity! It's wonderful to have so many products in such good condition and at competitive prices. I've heard great things about the mods they do here, and after meeting Iván, I'll definitely be bringing some of my beloved consoles in for a tune-up. Visiting Monkey Games as a video game fan is a must, without a doubt.

This might just be the best retro video game store in all of Madrid. Iván's service is impeccable; he's always attentive and knowledgeable about his products. His prices are unbeatable. He also offers console repair and modding services. I ordered some mods, and the work he did was flawless and incredibly fast (the same can't be said for other stores in the industry). If I had to find a fault, a rather minor one, it would be that if you're not from the south of Madrid, you have to travel a bit. Whenever I can, I stop by, and it's practically impossible to leave without buying something. Just be sure to check their opening hours.

One of the best retro video game stores I've found. They have tons of hard-to-find items. And what I appreciate most is that they're reasonably priced. If you're a fan of this world, don't hesitate to check it out!
