The worst insurance company I've ever had. I was on sick leave due to a fall at work and I still have injuries. Now I've arrived with another injury and they're going to do a study to see if it warrants sick leave, but in the meantime I have to go to my job barely able to move because of the pain. It's shameful.

I was injured in a highway accident while commuting, suffering multiple injuries, and they won't even give me a single day of sick leave, claiming I was already entitled to that. Both the physiotherapy clinic and the rehabilitation doctor told me I'd need at least a month. You're going to get another lawsuit; you should be in jail.

I went in because of severe arm pain caused by work, and what they told me is that since it's not an accident, they don't give you sick leave, they don't examine you, they don't do any tests, and you have to be in dire straits to get sick leave...

In the end, everything was fine, and the staff and the doctor I saw were quite good. The only thing was that at first they confused me a bit because I went in due to a work-related injury. They initially told me they were going to do an MRI and that my doctor would have to process the sick leave until the results came back. I went to my doctor, and he told me no, that since it was a work-related injury, they had to take care of it. So, I went back to the occupational health insurance company with a letter from my doctor stating that they had to handle the sick leave. And here's where I laugh a bit: if I already had the reports they had given me, why did they want them? Let's be a little suspicious. I clearly didn't give them the reports. Since I didn't give them the reports, they told me to go to the National Social Security Institute (INSS). So, after a week, they finally acknowledged that it was work-related sick leave. But I keep saying it, my doctor is very attentive and the physiotherapist is a lovely person.

My most sincere recommendation, based on years of experience with various mutual insurance companies: any company that truly values its employees should avoid this one. I have never encountered such a low level of responsiveness and communication. Urgent requests related to employee health and safety go unanswered for weeks, always hiding behind the maximum legal deadline of 30 days. I'm not asking them to agree with me, just to respond with a minimum of seriousness and empathy. A deplorable experience. In case they deign to reply here, I've also submitted a complaint through their website, as they instruct other people who leave negative reviews. I've sent them more than four emails on different days.
