Personalized and individualized service. When I've wanted a particular product and they didn't have it, they've personally ordered it from the distributor. They have a wide variety of products and are very well located, next to the Barakaldo metro station.

It's a small but very welcoming shop. I went to play a Magic: The Gathering prerelease. The shopkeepers were very friendly and attentive, and the other players were welcoming despite me being a stranger. They also have a variety of interesting products, including books, board games, miniatures, and other miscellaneous items. I'm very grateful for the warm welcome, and if I'm ever back in Barakaldo, I'll definitely visit again.

The people who run it are incredibly friendly and attentive to your needs when it comes to finding the perfect item. If you don't see something you're looking for, just ask a month and a half in advance, and if it's available, they'll get it for you. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of Funko Pops and accessories, from TV series doormats and clothing to handmade bibs, pens, cushions, and keychains. We bought a gift for a baby, and it was a perfect choice. Excellent service and advice. We'll definitely be back.
