Sitio excepcional, me ha encantado la variedad de juegos de mesa que tiene y el dueño muy agradable, sin duda compraré mis próximos juegos allí.

It's obvious that the service isn't the same if you're a regular customer and part of their community as if you're new to buying, participating in tournaments, and learning. They have very little stock, and what little they have is divided among themselves, making it seem difficult to become one of their own, haha. My experience was awful. I reserved the products and assured them I would pick them up on Monday. It turns out that just the week before, they changed their opening hours and days, and now they're closed on Mondays without any prior notice in the community group. Apparently, they did announce it, but not in all the groups. I showed up on Monday (not knowing they were closed), and of course, it was closed. I mentioned it in the group, and one of them told me he'd be down in a few hours to open up and give me the product. After waiting until noon, he finally showed up, but it wasn't all good news. He arrived without the store keys... 🤦🏻 In short, I wasted my time on the trip (I live 50 minutes from the store), my gas money, and my entire morning waiting for nothing. Honestly, I don't live near a similar store, and I'm really disappointed to have had such a terrible experience, but let's be realistic... After this, I'm not keen on doing business with them again, even though I would have loved to.

We're from out of town and started playing TCGs a little over a year ago... Paco welcomed us and helped us as much as he could. There are usually a lot of people playing and the atmosphere is great, both casually and in more competitive tournaments. There's a large parking area, which is really appreciated if you're visiting from out of town like me. Plus, there are plenty of places to eat along the boulevard where you can easily spend the whole day. There are also usually a lot of people playing wargames, in case you enjoy that. All in all, it's my go-to shop.

What can I say about La Comarca? It's a spectacular place to play a wide variety of TCGs. The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home and helping you in every way possible. Paco, in particular, is not only a highly dedicated professional who lends a hand wherever needed, but he's also a fantastic guy—approachable and kind. He's a 10 out of 10 and deserves a raise. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting their facilities, enjoying their extensive collection of games, and of course, coming to have a great time playing your favorite titles.

If you're a regular customer, it'll surely be amazing. But this morning I went looking for Pokémon booster packs. The clerk told me that the ones he has for sale are for the people who play at his shop. I asked him for help, so he could at least tell me where I could buy them. He said it was impossible to buy them anywhere. I was referring to current booster packs, not past editions. It seems to me this place doesn't need to attract new customers.
