I entered to ask some products and prices. Very attentive and kind staff

I was there, they had pretty much everything for the VTES. I also saw a huge stock of warmachine and hordes. There was some GW stuff as well. Really nice store with really friendly people in there. They even borrowed me a deck to play VTES for the day. Will surely go again on my next visit to BCN.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE. The owner is clueless and doesn't refund money for online purchases. I ordered miniatures in January last year, they informed me in April that they don't have them in stock (even though they are still available for purchase now). I paid with card wire transfer, they claimed to refund me on Paypal (not even asking for my paypal email). When I started asking about clarification on the refund - they ignored me totally. I managed to get help from a friend who lives in Barcelona - he had to go physically to the shop 3 times, but even with this it took us 4 months to get the money back IN CASH. After A YEAR from the purchase I finally got my money back. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM!

Scam, I ordered miniatures at the end November, they did not send them in specified time. They responded to my question that they do not have those in stock and they order those from supplier. After I asked for time of delivery they started dodging contact constantly. I've requested a refund at the beginning of January and they said on 13th that refund was made, now it's 28th and there is no refund and no contact. Stay away, for your own sake.

awesome store. really nice and professional people working there. they will assist you right and tell you what suits you best even if they sell less. I was positively surprised.
