Hokuto Comics

Excellent service 😄

The guy is super nice and very attentive. He guided me perfectly and explained many of his products flawlessly. Highly recommended, the best in Valladolid!

I went to the store today, March 3, 2026, during opening hours, and it was closed. I will try to return another day to see if it is open.

I went there this weekend because I wanted to buy some specific Dragon Ball cards, and the guy there was very communicative and friendly. He explained every collection the game has, expansions, and ways to play. I bought several items, and he even gave me a free deck of cards. Without a doubt, the service and attention were top-notch. They have a very wide variety of anime and manga products. Highly recommended, 10/10.

I was recommended this store, but my first experience wasn't positive. On Saturday afternoon, I checked Google and it said it opens at 5:30 PM. I decided to drive a long way since I was coming from a small town where it was closed. I waited a while and saw them go into the store. My daughter and I were looking at the window display, waiting for it to open, when suddenly they came out, closed up, and left. It was a bitter experience, especially since I work in customer service and we update Google when we're closed. I'll probably give it another chance, trusting the opening hours because of my schedule, and if everything goes as planned, I'll change my review.
