I regularly shop at this store. The service is friendly and professional, and they always make an effort to get items that aren't in stock.

Zero rating. The seller has many bad reviews, and I went there ignoring this. But he's a manipulator. He forces you to buy an item that nobody wants and that the customer doesn't need. You ask him for guidance on your needs and the reason for buying the item, and he doesn't care about your satisfaction. In my case, I went to buy a gift for an 83-year-old patient with intellectual disability and Alzheimer's. He made up a story that the 90-year-old grandmother with Alzheimer's could play the game I'll show you in the photo, which is impossible. The worst part is that he doesn't accept returns, not even in less than an hour. He responds with rudeness and insults. People like that shouldn't be serving customers. I strongly advise you not to buy there, and especially not to give him your money.
