I ordered several pyrography MDF boxes and I'm extremely happy with the result. Excellent quality and service. They even called me to ask about the instructions because they had some questions.

The staff are really nice and friendly; you can tell they know their stuff when it comes to wargames and board games. Whenever I've bought something at their shop, I've always received great service from both them and the older gentleman. Something they could improve is the shop's appearance, in terms of organization and cleanliness. They could also update their website and expand their selection of games.

2 weeks to ship items because they can't be bothered to keep stock levels correct on the website, but are happy to take the money right away. And when it shipped, didn't even ship one of the items. Asking for a refund only leads to wanting to be contacted through whatsapp, until finally they made it. Had made an order years ago with similar issues. I deeply regret giving them another chance. No more. Don't recommend at all. Avoid at all costs.

Over the years, they've consistently delivered on their promises. Whenever there have been issues with a product or order, they've responded with a solution. 100% recommended; even though there are cheaper stores, I still choose them.

Good local place to buy and order games workshop figures, White Dwarf magazine, and paints including citadel and Villejer. Also sells card and board games and other items. I believe the owner also hosts Battle for Middle Earth games too. 👍
