FreakCorp

I had a great experience. They were very helpful and always willing to assist. They have a lot of Pokémon materials in English and albums where you can buy individual cards. Highly recommended!

A magical place! We loved it; it's definitely a place to spend hours. The owner is super friendly and helpful with any questions or recommendations. We bought two games and hope to return soon.

I placed several pre-orders with Freakcorp months ago and despite the items being released I have received nothing. Communication is incredibly poor and I have had to constantly chase them for any updates. Every time I get a response I am promised shipping soon or next week but it never happens. They are currently holding £2000 of my money and I am now forced to go through PayPal to get a refund. Highly unprofessional and unreliable avoid at all costs.

I called to ask a couple of things and Luis was wonderful! If the service over the phone is this good, I imagine he must be fantastic in person. Thank you so much!

I wasn't familiar with this shop, and it's been open in Elche for over a year now. It's a small shop, but the space is very well utilized, and it mainly focuses on TCGs (Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, etc.) and board games. They have quite a few gaming tables. They also have a small stand selling paints and modeling accessories from the AK brand (the only place in Elche to get these items). I've been twice, and they've been very friendly. Excellent service, highly recommended.
