Factory Cards

Sometimes we take things for granted, but opening a shop at such a young age is truly impressive. I've followed Sara since she started in the TCG world, and her progress has been incredible. It's undoubtedly the best shop in the Madrid area, by far. Fantastic service and very well-organized tournaments. Congratulations, team! Keep it up!

Since I was kicked out of their WhatsApp group for posting a negative review (yes, this one I'm posting weeks later), here it is. It was a communication problem. The shop owner admitted he might have made a mistake, confirmed the top 8 at 5 PM, and I left. To my surprise, when I returned, it started at 4 PM. They could have resolved the issue, played the round a little late, or at least apologized. But it was better to pretend I hadn't noticed, ignore us, and wait until we left. Then, on top of that, they kicked me out of their WhatsApp group that same day. It was my first and last time there; I had no intention of returning. Professionalism isn't asking for positive reviews and then offering Origins booster packs for sale in return.

A TCG specialist shop with highly professional staff and a friendly, even family-friendly, atmosphere. They host tournaments every week for the latest TCGs. They also sell board games and offer their space for you to play freely with your friends.

100% recommended shop! The whole team is friendly and welcoming from the very first moment, especially Sara, who is a 10/10. They are a great help to the community with tournaments and equipment, and they always make sure their customers can get playing gear at fair prices. Plus, a great atmosphere and a fantastic community.

We really needed a store like this! They organize tournaments with a great atmosphere. Nobody else has the equipment this store has, and at such good prices! Sara will help you find whatever you're looking for. I highly recommend a visit!
