Compre 2 cartuchos con un valor total de mas de 50€ el de color funciono perfecto y el negro salio defectuoso fui a la tienda y no me quiso cambiar he probado limpiandolo y he hecho lo q me an dicho en 2 ocaciones y no me solucionaron nada.... poco recomendable.. cuando compre que buena atencion pero ya cuando fui con el cartucho defectuoso le cambio la cara y la atencion al sr que se encontraba ahi...

The store is a waste of time, I bought cartridges that did not work and the owner kept putting defects in the printer so as not to return the money. Rubbish.
