I went to pick up an envelope and Paco helped me; he was super friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

I placed an order through the website on September 7th. They told me I'd get a discount if I paid via Bizum, so I did. Days have passed and I haven't received anything. The only response I got via WhatsApp was that if I wasn't happy, I should send an email and cancel the order. I've sent three emails and haven't received a reply, and every day they leave my WhatsApp messages on read.
