I arrived at the opening at 10:00 (Saturday), closed. OK, I waited 20 minutes, still no one there. It is a pity that the employee did not bother to arrive on time for his work. 40 minutes (along with the way here) of my time was spent for no clear reason. And ok, maybe you open later, why not mark it on Google maps?

Very bad experience. The owner is extremely rude and speaks to customers in a condescending manner. Communication is poor, making the whole process frustrating and time-consuming. I would avoid this store if you value good customer service and don’t want to waste your time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

Terrible experience with El Tesoro del Dragon Blanco. I registered for two official One Piece TCG events (3:00 pm and 5:00 pm) through the Bandai TCG+ app, both showing multiple participants. I arrived before 3:00 pm and the store was closed. I waited until 3:30 pm, still closed, no players, no communication. I came back again at 5:00 pm, and the store only opened around 5:10/15 pm. The people there were for Magic: The Gathering, not One Piece. When I asked about the events, the owner said they were not happening because “no one signed up” and that they don’t use the Bandai app, only a WhatsApp group. This directly contradicts the official listings, which showed several registered players. In my view, this can only point to one thing: events are being added to the app and filled artificially, but not actually run. That raises serious concerns about what happens to the official tournament kits, whether they are kept or resold instead of being used for real events. I have reported this to Bandai/Carddass and hope they investigate. It should be easy to verify by checking the lack of results or rankings for these events. I wasted almost an hour on the metro, waited around for a store that was closed during its own scheduled event, and then had to go back home (another hour) with nothing. Avoid relying on the official app for this store.

Plenty of cards in English, the staff are friendly and helpful even with my bad Spanish, sorry about not speaking much Catalan, really love your store! Do you have any yugioh battle of legends chapter 1 in English? If so see you today or tomorrow 🥳

I’m Italian and I recently moved to Barcelona, I am learning Spanish and I tried to speak in Spanish to the owner who kept answering in Catalan to me and when I asked him if he could speak Spanish because I was not understanding very well, he refused, saying (in Catalan) that he does not speak Spanish. Not the most welcoming experience, I’m not coming back.
