DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS STORE!!! It's a scam. I placed an order two months ago, they didn't ship it, they made excuses and canceled the order saying they would refund my money. I haven't received a single penny. Luckily, it wasn't much money. Then I saw that there are other people in the same situation. SCAMMERS!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They are scammers. I've been waiting for an order for over a month. They didn't send me a confirmation email. But they charged me the same day I placed the order. Nobody answers the phone. I finally contacted them via WhatsApp and they gave me some excuse about having an internet problem that day. I gave them the order details again and they said they would ship it in a week. They didn't send anything. I asked for a refund and now they simply stop replying to messages. SCAMMERS.

The worst service imaginable. I've been waiting since February 20th, when I placed my order, and I haven't heard a thing about it. I've sent emails, called, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram messages, and they haven't responded at all. In the end, I went to the store in person. If the mountain won't come to Muhammad, then Muhammad will go to the mountain. Update: After almost two months, they refunded my money without a word and closed my account... simply shameful.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT RECOMMENDED I received the wrong order. I contacted them to let them know they had sent me the wrong item, but I received no response. A few days later, I contacted them again, and they still didn't reply. I requested a refund, which has gone unanswered. I called both the landline and mobile number today (during customer service hours), and no one answered. In fact, they even rejected my call. Awful service, not recommended at all.

I knew them from their online store, but I've had the privilege of meeting them in person, and what can I say? They only recommend the best. They told me their katanas were superior, I bought them, and it's true. They only carry the best, they're incredibly friendly, and their prices are amazing. Highly recommended.
