I love it, it's my go-to board game shop. They're all really nice, although I do miss Adrián. 100% recommended

This store's online service is appalling. The website is outdated. I placed an order for a made-to-order item with a "3 to 10 business day" delivery time. The next day, they informed me that the product was discontinued and that I would receive a refund, in this case via PayPal. As the days passed, I hadn't received the refund because they had canceled it. When I contacted them, they replied, "Well, we processed it in the system on the 2nd, as you can see. Let us check what might have happened, but we issued several refunds that day without any problems." Four days went by, and I still hadn't received the refund, even though I attached a screenshot from PayPal showing the cancellation. I had to file a claim with PayPal. It's deplorable; not even an apology, just a way to cast doubt on a potential future customer who, of course, will not be buying anything from this store.

Edit: after months of problems with the previous management, the new management worked incredibly hard to resolve my issue within 24 hours of me leaving this review. Very impressive Original: Placed an order which EGD has never fulfilled. Spent 4 months chasing where it was to finally get an email saying that they couldn't fulfill my order, have now spent 3 months chasing for a refund with no response

I placed an order, paid for 24-hour express shipping, and it arrived 8 days later. I'm satisfied because after unanswered calls and emails, it finally arrived, and I didn't lose my money like other customers. Besides that... I decided to look at the box the order came in, and wow... fantastic! They use boxes meant for transporting food. I do NOT recommend this service, and I will NOT buy online from them again.
