Until 2024, they were processing orders normally. In March 2026, I placed an order without reading the reviews from the previous months, which indicated they were no longer shipping orders. I received no response, no shipment, no refund, and now they've shut down their website. It's a scam.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! Do not buy online from Eminis. Currently, no one is working there, and all their stores have closed. The website is still operational and you can still make purchases, but they will not be fulfilling orders.

The guy is incredibly friendly; it's a delight to walk through the door because he helps you with everything, explains everything you need to know—he's wonderful. Congratulations and keep it up! La Línea needs more businesses as welcoming as yours!

SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM E-MINIS ONLINE. Like many others, I placed an online order in April and never heard anything about it, despite sending emails and trying to contact them repeatedly. I've been buying from their website for YEARS and had never had any problems until 2025. It seems that, like many others, they were holding my money, offering no refund options, and certainly not delivering the order. Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT. The store in Malaga tried to help me find out about the order... until they stopped, I imagine overwhelmed by similar situations with other customers. Even the Malaga store stopped responding to my messages. SOLUTION: Luckily, thanks to PayPal, I WAS ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. If you've made purchases this way, you can access your purchase history and, even if months have passed, you can claim your money back by providing proof. For those of you who can't get your money back, in addition to filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, I recommend filing a joint lawsuit. There are many of you affected, and E-Minis New Age S.L. only responds when they're sued. They've already lost other lawsuits against their employees and closed a store in Barcelona.

Scam. I ordered two products from their website; they claim one of them isn't distributed by the manufacturer (false, as other stores confirm they can get it), but they say nothing about a refund. I've been asking them about the refund and for confirmation about the other product for two weeks now. They haven't bothered to reply.
