Order cancelled after two months of having pre-ordered it, now that the product has been released it costs me double in other stores.

Very happy, I've bought from them several times and participated in events they've organized, and everything has always gone well, both in terms of product delivery and tournament management. 🫶🏻

Unreliable store, 0% recommended based on my experience. I pre-ordered four "Riftbound" boxes from a pre-sale collection. At first, everything seemed fine. A few days later, I noticed they had gone from "available" to "sold out," so I assumed they were in stock when I pre-ordered. A month later, when they were released, I found that days were passing and there were no updates. I sent an email in November, after the collection's launch, and they told me they had canceled my order. Without any prior notice and having held €520 for over a month, I still haven't received them. Coincidentally, they canceled them today, November 6th. Since I bought and paid for them, the price has gone from €130 to €230 at the cheapest place. I'm left with the impression that this is a very unprofessional company. I hope they enjoy the four boxes they ripped me off with and then sold for more or sold to friends.
