I went there to try and sell Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, and instead of just glancing at them for a second and saying no, they spent a while checking if they were fake or cheap and explained everything in detail. They're very patient and friendly. It's in a great location, and their prices are pretty standard to good (not expensive at all). The shop is quite spacious and also has tables for playing with friends, not just for buying and selling. I highly recommend it.

One of the best board game shops in Valladolid. It stands out especially for its personalized advice and great discounts. The staff knows the games well and helps you choose without making a mistake. In addition, the shop is very well equipped with a board game area (free of charge) and a computer room, ideal for spending an afternoon. It's very convenient because you can also buy snacks and drinks there while you play. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing. The facilities are very good, but my experience with their event management and communication has been terrible. I signed up for a weekend event through their website. After arriving at the store at the scheduled time, I was informed that the materials hadn't arrived and they had decided to cancel the event a couple of days prior. Despite having my contact information (phone number and email address) from the online purchase, they didn't bother to notify me of the cancellation. They told me to wait because they would try to reschedule the event the following week. Even though I went to the store to ask what their plans were for that week, they made no attempt to reschedule or communicate anything about it. After that week passed and I realized the event wasn't going to happen, I called the store on Monday and Tuesday to ask when they would refund my payment. On the second call (Tuesday), they assured me they had processed the refund the day before (Monday). However, after checking my personal account on their website and my email, I found no evidence that they had done so. I emailed the next day (Wednesday) to headquarters (not the Valladolid store) and they replied that they would process my refund immediately, as it hadn't been done before. In short, headquarters' response to my email was quick and professional, but the staff at the physical store in Valladolid lied to me when they said they had already processed my registration fee refund when, in fact, they hadn't (in addition to the previously demonstrated poor communication).

A great space for playing games on tables or computers, and you can buy any equipment you need. Parking in the area is difficult, but the establishment itself is very attractive. They have a bit of everything. The opening hours are convenient for spending a pleasant afternoon and then having dinner at home or in the area, although they also offer snacks.

This hobby shop in Valladolid has a wide variety of board games and card games (Magic: The Gathering). The space is spacious and includes areas for playing games as well as a small refreshment area. The only drawback is the limited selection of miniature games, which I imagine they will expand over time.
