Distrito Zero - Tolosa

A really great place to play all kinds of board games, fair and good service, they have everything a geek needs.

My favorite place to play, hang out, and buy board games or TCGs. There are always great people, exciting games, and the staff treats you like family.

Great atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended for shopping, playing games, and socializing.

There was a Pokémon event, or so my friend and I thought. We traveled an hour and a half to Tolosa only to find the tournament canceled because they'd forgotten to post it on their website. Not enough people showed up to play since it wasn't properly advertised. The staff member who was there was helpful, but I think it was a huge mistake to go for nothing; it was a bad experience.

Once again, I'm leaving feeling dissatisfied. Initially, I thought they were good customers, but over time they've become so focused on their own business that I, as a customer, am a secondary concern. They don't care what city you're from or that you're a customer who's going to spend money. If they're going to provide a service, regardless of how busy they are, I think they should always provide that service. I haven't always left feeling unhappy, but lately, I have. And the service was unfriendly and curt. Today I abandoned the purchase I was going to make because I was so dissatisfied.
