Since my previous review was banned for 'personal attacks on the establishment,' here's a completely clean one. A year ago, I volunteered to manage an official Pokémon league at this establishment to build a community. Unfortunately, the owner's management made it impossible to continue, and the league is now OFFICIALLY CLOSED. Any events they announce now are not official. During this time, I witnessed unacceptable practices that violate community guidelines and user rights: Application fraud: The owner pressured me to submit photos of another store to pass official approval, as the actual condition of their premises did not meet the requirements. Violation of Pokémon regulations: Overcharging for events by assigning a ridiculously high value to €10 promotional booster packs (when the regulations stipulate that they are free and are given to us by Pokémon) and exchanging these same packs for positive Google reviews. Customer deception: Selling old, unplayable pre-constructed decks to uninformed parents and children, assuring them they were suitable for tournaments. Poor organization and service: Registering players for official tournaments without the required equipment (forcing me to lend my own), expelling users mid-event, and negligence regarding organizer rewards. Deficient facilities: The venue is consistently dirty, disorganized, and has hazardous wiring (such as exposed fiber optic cable) visible to customers. Regarding the owner's response to my previous review, attempting to deflect attention with false accusations against me: I have documentary evidence, screenshots, and witnesses for each of the points outlined here. Avoid this place if you're looking for a fair and honest gaming experience. P.S.: Threatening (pointless) legal action against negative reviews might be a bit much.

Well, it's time for my most honest review. My experience as a Pokémon player at this site has been terrible in many ways. Many people comment on how bad the store is inside, but that's the least of it. I've seen him trying to sell Overaize-style sleeves, claiming they could be used in decks just like that, without any other kind of sleeve on top, and constantly pressuring parents to buy useless things. I've seen him tell children they could make a deck with any card, even if it was rotated. I've seen many irregularities, like charging €35 for tournaments because, according to him, the prize packs are worth €10 (it's illegal to sell them). I know for a fact that he sold rotated decks to children, and that he signed them up for a tournament without having any materials and with all the spots filled. This guy only cares about money. The worst part has been seeing how he's treated my community and my friends when they're the ones who made it possible for him to make money by taking advantage of the limited TCG offerings in Elda. He has the nerve to sell you cards at inflated prices claiming to offer personalized service (spoiler alert: he doesn't). I admit that I initially left a positive review in exchange for a booster pack, thinking I was helping a small business. If I had to highlight something positive, it would be meeting people from other TCGs and starting conversations because they had stories about Alfonsín. Among other despicable acts, he treats judges and organizers like dirt, even when they tried to offer advice to make the community feel more comfortable. By the way, Alfonsín, we've reported all your irregularities and illegal activities to Play Pokémon, with evidence so you can't continue ripping people off in the name of our community. This experience only raises two questions for me: 1) Alfonso, do you actually make money being so unscrupulous? 2) Was that pear good that had been in the fridge for four months?

Albert Camus and Jean-Paul Sartre are the two great figures of French existentialism. The former died in 1960 and the latter 20 years later. Even so, their legacy remains alive in this shop. Despite the differences in their approaches, these authors converge: absurdity and nausea go hand in hand at Disfrutalo TCG. On the one hand, nausea is visible in the state of the window display. Transparent shelves have taken on a grayish hue from dust, a rotten pear sits in a refrigerator, empty boxes are everywhere you look, products of all kinds are piled up, beer cans and food scraps litter the tables where you're going to play, a counter has become a labyrinth of cards and crammed-together products, and a bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the fall of Constantinople... On the other hand, the absurdity is more subtle. You have to be part of the community of one of the games to truly notice it. Tournaments where you arrive half an hour late and have to wait outside, kids signed up without a deck to play with, the sale of rotated stock for "competition," raising the price for giving away free booster packs, kicking people out of a Pokémon challenge because they have to move their van, the responses to reviews, and, my favorite, locking someone inside the store. In the months I've been playing here, I've invited everyone in the hobby to come to this store. The goal is for them to experience it because it's something that can't be described with words. Here's a picture of how we found a table yesterday at 6:00 PM to play an official tournament.

I didn't like it for two reasons: 1. I went to buy individual cards. I don't know where he got the prices from. It was a Venusaur in Spanish for €5, a Blastoise also for €5, and an Alolan Diglett that I think was €1. Honestly, he got it from a potato, from chat room, God knows. But the worst part is that each of the cards in English is barely worth €0.10, and the Diglett was €0.20. I spent a total of €10.30 with another drink. Unbelievable! 2. When he was showing me the cards, he didn't trust me at all. He kept staring at me like I was going to steal. I asked him for a card to look at, and he said no, like he was scared. Every time I checked something (I don't know where he got those prices), he told me to "come here," to a place further away or something. And when I paid, he said "here" and pointed to the table as if I was going to give him less money. I had Why spend the money? This store is unbelievable, and they promote it as good. I bet if I asked for a refund they'd say no. They have high prices for cards that are worth no less than 5 cents. 😪😴🥱

I can absolutely not recommend buying or ordering from this shop. First they didn't ship my order for 2 weeks and only after complaining they reacted. Then they sent me my 320€ Order in this shoe box. No filler material just my purchase in the box. Edges scraped and scratches visible all over the item.
