The owner (or manager) isn't the best at dealing with customers. I had a very bad experience and I won't be making the trip to Sant Boi again when I get better service in Barcelona, ​​where I live. They have a huge stock of cards, but they make you go to Cardmarket to look at them. If I'm in the store, isn't it because I want to see the cards and not look at them on Cardmarket, given how inconvenient it is? The girl and a guy who helped me the first time (one of their employees was great and helpful) were awful, but the owner/manager isn't worth dealing with. It's a store for skimming, look for your cards elsewhere! PS: Regarding Deck's response: Yes, I don't know if he's the owner or the manager, but everyone was asking him, so you can assume he's either the owner or the one in charge, even if he's not the owner. And yes, don't worry, in Sant Antoni and Barcelona they have very large stocks, and they either display the expensive cards or use binders with the cheaper ones.

Great shop with extremely nice folks there!

We were visiting Barcelona and my son and I came across this shop. The folks there were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. It looked they had a great local crowd playing as well as a great selection of single cards and sealed product for sale, including some unique and rarer cards. Great experience all around.

Honest to god one of the best Pokémon TCG card shops in Barcelona. Carries extensive lists of singles of many languages and even sealed as well. Fair reasonable prices with a bit of a discount if you buy bulk. Strongly recommend.

Shop owner blocked me instead of resolving the issue. Straight after a polite message asking for a resolution. They sent damaged and wrong language cards and had the audacity to pretend it's unwarranted. Had to get other parties involved to try solve the issue. Will be filing a complaint with ECC if they do not resolve.
