Yolanda's service is wonderful; she's kind, friendly, and always gives great advice on what you might like and what you might not, depending on what you ask for. She can order items she doesn't have in stock and hold them for you until you come to pick them up. The shop is very well laid out, with games and comics. I've been buying and ordering things from her for several years now, and it's been fantastic.

Good afternoon, I had applied for the participation of "ONE PIECE CARD GAME Sealed Battle 2023 vol.1" in the store "GALLEGOS DE LA TORRE S.L. (CRISIS ALCORCÓN JUEGOS) in Alcorcón (Madrid). I went there at 17:00 as specified in the application, when I entered they told me that I could not participate because I had not called the store to sign up even though I had signed up from the official application. I think it is shameful that they do not allow participation in an official tournament from their official application. I don't see anywhere in the Bandai app where it says that I had to call the store to sign up? And the excuse that we have been doing tournaments for a short time... the only thing that indicates to me is the professionalism and the interest that everything works well.
