Copelen

This store does not hold regular store hours. Don't expect the doors to open at 5:30pm. It would be great if the store owner would post the store hours on Google Maps.

I needed to finish my final year project quickly because it was due on Monday, and I couldn't find anywhere in León that could bind it before then. Thanks to Copelen, I was able to submit it on time with amazing results and at a very affordable price. The owner was very friendly and helpful, advising me and answering all my questions. I'll definitely be back if I need any printing or binding services.

Please don't fall for the scam! It's a scam! A few of us have already fallen for it. We must report it. You can't get away with it. I don't know if it's really the Leon store or if they've impersonated the store, but be careful and don't let them continue to scam you. They've changed the website, it no longer exists, they've rebranded it... and on top of that, they laugh at you on WhatsApp, saying they won't refund your money...

Pay close attention, please! They delete and rename the website a thousand times because they're scamming people. It used to be called "tgc copelen," "juegos copelen," "copelen juegos"... (I've lost count) and now it's "copelen leon tgc." How many websites do you have? On the previous site, you added the returns policy hastily, and coincidentally, on the new site, you've made the same mistake and it's missing again. This section is mandatory for any legitimate online store, although I don't think it's necessary to add it since it's clear you don't give refunds and you ignore messages. Coincidentally, you offer a 10% discount if payments are made via transfers like Bizum, since it's immediate and impossible to cancel later. Another thing that strikes me as odd is that you list a house in Jaén as your contact address. I'm not sure if we have to go there to contact you, or if you also have a shop in a townhouse in Úbeda. Not to mention the way you respond to some comments and reviews—in a rude and disrespectful manner—when these are supposedly from current or former customers of your business. Anyway, I hope that if anyone who has been scammed online is reading this, they know they're not alone. Go to the police because several people have already been affected.

I think it's one of the few copy shops in the neighborhood. I'd never been before, and after reading the bad reviews, I thought they were going to rip me off. Honestly, no complaints at all. Good service, normal price (or at least they charge me the same elsewhere), and the quality is good. They couldn't laminate a document for me because they were out of supplies, but I don't consider it a big deal. I'll go back another day. Besides, I think the place is great and they live up to their geeky image. I haven't been to any games, but it seems pretty busy.
