Atheneas

I've left my packages for pickup at this location several times, but it seems the person working there isn't too keen on it. Besides not even saying hello, he treats you like he's doing you a huge favor. Serious, grumpy, and rude. If you don't like this service, don't offer it. The customer service is terrible. I won't be back.

A very good experience. They never give you any trouble and always strive to ensure the customer is as satisfied as possible. They also announce pre-sales through their internal WhatsApp group, which is very convenient and saves you from having to constantly check or wait. It's a shame I don't live nearby, as I have to order everything by delivery, but even so, the service is excellent. I hope to visit the store someday and meet the team in person. It's a pleasure doing business with them!

Amazing service. Nice people helped me order some gunpla which wasnt available in their store, explained well, will be buying here again

Great hobby store!!

Had to drop an Amazon return here. Super nice guy working and 2 guys painting models. Chilled and a good stock of trade paperbacks and models. Dead useful place for cables and connectors too.
