No hello, no service, only sitting around and playing. This place needs to close down already.

Terrible customer service both online and in person. There's no parking available.

The store is great, but the new location, which is in a shopping center, doesn't allow parking in the center; only INA vehicles are allowed, so you can go without a car.

The place looks nice, but the woman who served me left much to be desired. She barely greeted me, was rude, and didn't even give me a receipt for what I bought. Plus, I had to wait for her, since they open at 11:00. I arrived at 11:20 and they already had a sign saying "I'll be back in 15 minutes." I think they should open later...
