I was playing ping pong and without prior notice, they told us we couldn't play anymore because there were reservations. At the beginning, they never indicated that there was a time limit or that I could play a certain number of times. I complained to the managers, but they didn't care; they preferred to let us leave and give the table to those who seemed to be their friends. Customer service should be informed in advance if the table is reserved for a certain time. In this case, I'll decide whether to rent it or not. The table and equipment were fine, but the service was lacking. I felt humiliated when I left, and no one even had the decency to apologize. If the place is only for your cronies, don't open it to the public.

The tables are well-organized, and the place maintains a competitive yet friendly atmosphere, perfect for enjoying tournaments or simply spending a pleasant time playing. They also have a good selection of board games, card packs, and accessories such as sleeves, playmats, and high-quality dice.
