Excellent place, highly recommended

When I placed a reservation for a product months in advance, they were unable to fulfill it. It wasn't until I contacted them (even well in advance) that I was informed they wouldn't have the product. The worst part is that they didn't even bother to notify me. If this happened to me, I can't imagine how many other people might experience this when buying from them. Now, with the new prices, it's impossible for me to get the product, despite having reserved it so far in advance.

The place is cozy, with a good musical atmosphere. They have snacks, a cafe, and sell Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon, and Digimon merchandise, t-shirts, and even personalize items. It's beautiful.
