What a wonderful game store. The personnel was very friendly and helpful recommending their favorite games and giving good suggestions. They spoke good English as well. Good variety of great games. The best board game shop we found so far in Chile.

Good service, very good prices, and friendly staff. The place is very pleasant; they just need music that matches what they sell—anime music or even movie music would work—but it lacks that atmosphere that encourages you to buy.

The store is very nice and has many interesting things, but if only the staff weren't so rude and incompetent, it would be much better. You walk into the store and they look at you like you're going to steal, and if you ask about a price, they tell you without enthusiasm or any intention of selling. They're the most bitter people you could possibly have working in a store like this.
