Tienda Card Game

soy un comprador frecuente y paso a ver ocasionalmente los productos, me parece muy buena tienda, esta ordenada y tiene mucha variedad de productos, en mi experiencia la atencion fue muy buena, el caballero de lentes que atiende sabe mucho sobre los temas (juegos de mesa, anime, manga, videojuegos, etc), he visto opiniones sobre que los mangas estan con acento argentino, aunque fuera bueno que lo avisaran no me parece un problema, se puede pasar por alto y disfrutar igual, hay productos exclusivos y aunque aveces pueden haber problemas en los mangas, no es culpa de la tienda, en caso de un amigo que encontro un manga con paginas despegadas y al informar el problema le ofrecieron reembolso o cambiar el producto por uno en buen estado, esa parte le suma puntos a la tienda ya que se hacen cargo de los problemas, en fin, me gusta mucho esta tienda por todo lo que hay, saludos!

I admit, it's a store with a wide variety of products, including manga, board games, and collectible figures. The service is good, the staff is friendly, and the place is pleasant. But my review doesn't get more stars because of the condition of the products. The first volume arrived in good condition, but even though I barely moved it from its shelf after finishing it, after a while, when I picked it up again, two pages came loose from the beginning. With the second volume, the cover looked scratched, and I recently noticed that it seems someone had scribbled on the inside with a pencil (the pages are pristine). And with the third, there's simply a minor issue: the cover is slightly faded, making the character's hair appear more greenish than its natural brown color. Some of these issues were my own fault, and others came like that from the store. I don't blame any of the employees, because one offered to exchange the product before I bought it, since I had noticed a problem with the cover, but I refused. Aside from that, thank you very much for the service. I just recommend paying closer attention to what you're buying and checking the condition of the products.
