I went shopping a couple of times; they have a variety of products, but the service is terrible. On two occasions, there was no one working, and the salespeople were playing games in the shop across the street. When I went over to them, they were basically annoyed when I interrupted their game to buy card sleeves. The second time, again, no one was working. When I approached the counter, a saleswoman who was playing got up and served me in a very rude manner. It seems like she's not paid well and takes it out on the customers. A bad experience; I won't be going back to shop there.

Excellent place! They sell a variety of board games and card games like Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Myths and Legends, and more. The service is excellent, and they explain and teach you how to play each game they sell. Great atmosphere, air conditioning, and they sell drinks and food. They've expanded the store and now have two areas, so you can go to tournaments or play casually with friends. They've also improved their food options. 10 out of 10

The best geek shop in Rancagua, nothing to envy from those in Santiago. Besides a good selection of board games and the most popular card games, there's plenty of space to sit and play, and they recently added a new area with drinks and food (snacks, empanadas, muffins). Great service, excellent place.

So far one of the friendliest places to play commander I had the opportunity to discover. I truly recommend this place. All the players can play in English or Spanish with no problem. Prices are fair and the players are super Friendly
