PAY2WIN

The website says it's open from 9 am to 11 pm. But the store is closed! (I went by at 10 am and 12:15 pm). I raised the issue with customer service and they've now corrected it; it now indicates that the store does indeed open at 6 pm. Customer service was excellent; they helped me and took my suggestions into account to improve the website details!

My friend and I arrived at 2:50 pm and the store was closed, without any explanation. There was no sign saying if it was on break or closed for the day, even though it should be open on Maps, and their website doesn't show anything about their physical store hours.

Online store that finally opened its physical location.
