One Up Store

I participated in several Riftbound events at this store, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't good. The organization was quite disorganized: there were delays, problems starting the rounds, and, in general, a lack of punctuality. Furthermore, on one occasion, the prizes awarded didn't match what had been previously announced, which was very disappointing. I think there's a lot of room for improvement in communication, adherence to schedules, and tournament organization. I hope you can address these issues, because the community deserves better-managed events. Thank you for your response. Actually, my comment doesn't refer to just one bad experience, but to several situations that have accumulated during my participation in Riftbound activities at the store. For example: • In repeated Riftbound leagues, the rounds don't start promptly once the previous round's time has expired. On several occasions, players have had to notify staff to start the next round, instead of it happening regularly and within the allotted time. • I have also observed a lack of clarity and adherence to the announced prizes and information for the activities. • In general, I have found the organization of the activities to be rather sloppy: delays, a constant need to remind staff to continue with the tournament, and discrepancies between what is communicated and what is actually done. My intention is not to single out any particular person or create conflict. That is precisely why I left this review: because I believe these are recurring issues that negatively impact the experience of regular participants. I hope this helps you identify areas for improvement and that future activities demonstrate greater punctuality, organization, and clarity regarding the information and prizes offered.

First time playing at this store and I finished first, haha, blessed! Great store and a good space to play. They have several TCG tournaments during the week, ideal for competitive players, beginners, or just casual gamers. 🙂‍↕️ Highly recommended
