The whole place is terribly bad, the entrance is dirty, there's a lack of hygiene, the toilet seat is broken, and on top of that the prices are exorbitant, like they're not real prices, they're just ridiculously expensive. The only thing worth mentioning is the folder sellers who have reasonable prices, but even then, not all of them are like that.

Excellent shop! Very pleasant atmosphere, the staff are very knowledgeable about cards and extremely helpful. The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everyone.

I've been coming to this store since I was 13. I've always received great service, they have designated areas for playing Yu-Gi-Oh!, and they offer excellent guidance for building decks or getting started if you're a beginner. I don't recommend buying single cards in the store itself. There are always people selling them inside, sometimes at very low prices. I've been coming since they had a location in Metro Franklin.

As a frequent customer, I find that the quality of service has declined considerably, starting with the terrible and unenthusiastic way you are greeted, with a face that suggests they don't want to help or are simply annoyed when you ask about prices or items. I'm not suggesting they be clowns, but many times it seems like they are bothered by serving you.
