The staff is nice and helpful, but they do have really high prices for MtG products. Events are at least 20% more expensive than most other shops in Santiago. They abuse the facts that they are the only Premium WPN to drive prices up...

My experience purchasing there was perfect (went for a magic bundle and two Booster packs) I am only rating four stars because the bike parking area was crowded with bikes which prevented me to leave mine there so I had to enter into the store with bike and all.

One of the best places in Santiago (Maybe Chile) to play TCG. They actually have Magic, Pokémon, Keyforge and Yu-gi-oh, casual tournament during the week, all the days after 19Hrs and Premiers Tournament on Saturday. 2 floors for aprox 100 players, air conditioner and goods chairs in both floors. Its a clean, good and beautiful place to play with friends. 1000% recommend!🖤

My girlfriend and I visited Chile so she can practice her Spanish. I don’t know any. Our trip plans fell during a Magic the Gathering prerelease weekended, and found Magicsur was putting on these events. The owner, staff, and other players were extremely friendly. They helped me through my language barrier and I had the best day playing Magic in years. Thank you!

If you're a board game player addict, this is a nice place for you to go. They have a lot of different board games, and they take the time to explain each of them and if you ask they teach you how the play. You can also ask them for games that aren't at the store and they can see if it is possible to bring it for you. Great costumer service.
