The worst experience I've ever had at a TCG store. Today I went to the bathroom urgently, and my brother was going to buy some cards and an album, but he decided to come with me because I didn't know where it was. The girl who was the "shift supervisor" waited for me outside the bathroom to confront me and tell me that if I didn't buy anything beforehand or participate in a tournament, I couldn't use it. I told her that my brother was there every day for tournaments and that he was a frequent customer. She said it didn't matter, that customers were only allowed per day. Even so, my brother was going to buy something after coming with me, but obviously he didn't after the ordeal she put us through. Please be more professional with the term "customer" because there's a difference between a customer and a consumer.

A great experience buying MTG accessories. The staff was very helpful, although one of them, the one with green hair, seemed to be just starting out and wasn't very knowledgeable. They have a large stock of materials and play different formats almost every day. The prices were much better than in Argentina, so I took advantage and stocked up. Highly recommended!

The place is large, spacious, and well-ventilated, although the air conditioning wasn't on when I visited, so I imagine the gaming area can be much more pleasant.

No one comes to this shop for only one reason, there's no community. Boring
