I bought a spot for a Riftbound pre-event, but the store changed the date so I couldn't attend. I emailed them to request a refund, and it took them two weeks to reply, only to tell me I'd get my money back within 30 days. Thirty days passed, and I sent them more emails with no response. I'm still waiting for my refund. I don't recommend buying anything from here; they don't follow their own policies and have terrible after-sales service.

I bought a ticket for a tournament. When I registered, they told me there were no problems with my deck, but when the tournament started, they told me I couldn't play. The tournament didn't have a judge, and the store owner wasn't even there. I couldn't play, and when I asked for a refund, they didn't offer any kind of solution. Terrible experience.

The service is awful, the prices are very high, and if you try to sell your cards, they lie to your face saying they're "damaged." The TikTok video by _joselito22_ clearly shows this. If you play TCGs, please don't buy from this store.

I bought it on a Thursday and paid for delivery the same day. I thought it would arrive by Friday at the latest, but just today, Tuesday, I received an email saying it's being prepared. So it won't arrive today either because it's being sent by that lousy company, Blue Express. I'm talking about an item they had available in the store, not a pre-order or something they didn't have yet. I prefer to buy online because I get off work late, but stores like this that take at least 7 business days to ship anything don't deserve more than 1 star.

I've placed several orders with Tienda La Comarca, and although one of them experienced a considerable delay, I greatly appreciate their willingness to keep us informed throughout the entire process. It's clear they have a genuine commitment to their customers and are working to improve delivery times and provide a positive experience, even when external factors like customs complicate deliveries. As an active TCG player, I appreciate their transparency and their efforts to compensate those who place their trust in them. I hope to continue shopping here, especially for essential products like PRB02. Thank you to the team for your attention and helpfulness.
