Juegos Gori - Mall Paseo Quilin

Limited TCG selection and inflated prices. The judges are inexperienced; the only redeeming quality is the customer service.

Store with a great variety of board games and excellent customer service. 100% recommended.

Their online store is excellent, especially because they offer free shipping throughout Chile for orders over a certain amount. The only negative is that one of my orders, which was quite expensive, wasn't packaged properly and the box was damaged (probably during transit, which could have been avoided with a cardboard box). Otherwise, everything was fine.

I went on December 10th in the afternoon and the service was a 10/10. It was clear the girl who helped me knew a lot about board games and various TCGs. She was very kind and patient. If you don't know what to give as a gift, she can definitely guide you and help you choose something good. A very good experience!
