Great club, highly recommended for people who don't have a good PC.

My sister and I are from Chillán, and these past few days we've been going to the Valorant Master Tournament in Santiago. Today we came to this mall to kill some time, and we took the opportunity to check out the Movistar Game Club. The service is excellent, and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The place is clean, nice, and cool; they have spaces to have a good time with family and friends. 100% recommended for esports players! 😊

I arrived at noon to spend Valentine's Day with my girlfriend playing WoW, and when I asked via WhatsApp, they assured me I could install World of Warcraft. I got there, and the service was terrible from the very first minute (I never even knew if the person who helped me was a man or a woman): zero willingness, zero empathy, and zero desire to help. When I showed them the conversation, the response was basically: "Oh, that's from the bot... but it's actually not possible." So, what's the point of having someone "helping" if all they do is wash their hands of it? I was going to pay for 5 hours x 2, and because of their misinformation and indifference, they ruined my entire plan. The worst part wasn't that it couldn't be done: it was their attitude, as if it were my fault for believing them. Bad service, bad management, and zero solution. If you want customers, start by not lying and treating people properly.

Awesome place! The computers are lightning fast, everything is super comfortable, and the atmosphere is top-notch. The people who work there are really friendly and helpful. The prices are great; I highly recommend the MVP pass, ideally the 20-day one, because it's worth it, but only if you're sure you'll be back. In my case, it's the best option. Nothing to add... It's perfect for gaming in peace and quiet. I can finally play Rocket League at 165Hz! ​​🤩 100% recommended.
