Great service! I went yesterday to buy a gift for my partner. I don't know anything about tarot cards, but they treated me very well. I want to thank the very kind young man and the young woman; they explained everything about the quality differences and gave me advice on what to give. I didn't ask their names, but I'm leaving a message here so management knows the good work they do. It was a young man with an earring and a blonde young woman. The only reason I'm deducting a star is that the checkout is a bit awkwardly positioned; people crowd around it looking at their cards or with packages, and it's a little difficult to pay. Other than that, nothing! Thank you very much!

It's a good store; they have TCG accessories in a variety of colors and quality. I'd say Game of Magic's biggest weakness is the customer service. The NPC saleswoman is gone, which is appreciated, but it's slow and there aren't enough staff. I went on Monday with my nephew, and there was one girl serving customers, taking payments, handing out cards, and receiving packages. There was another guy further down the hall, literally acting as a guard, just watching. There were about five of us waiting, and only one person actually serving customers. Plus, there seemed to be a customer who just wanted to talk to the girl and wouldn't leave... To pay, I had to ask her permission since I was standing right next to the card reader.

Today I went to the store with my brother and his wife, and they treated me very well. A young man and then a young woman even went to the stockroom to see if they had the game, but they didn't; they only had the expansion. I bought the expansion, and they told me the base game was at the other branch in the Caracol shopping center. There's quite a difference in service between the two stores. The shop in the shopping center is small and somewhat disorganized, and the saleswoman was like a machine who just wanted to charge you and gave the impression she only wanted you to leave so she could clear the place out. I understand they must be overwhelmed because of the season, but there's a big difference in service between the two stores.

I don't actually use Google services, but I thought it's sometimes good to highlight positive things and not just complaints, as we usually do. I went to your store yesterday, Tuesday the 14th. I was completely unfamiliar with Pokémon games and cards, and they treated me very well, with a lot of patience, and recommended what to buy. I appreciate the service; there was a very attentive young man with glasses and a very kind blonde woman. Congratulations on your store and the wide variety of products you offer.

It's a good collectibles shop. You can find products that aren't easy to find in the region, and they also have a pre-order system and a very comprehensive website. Online pickup is an easy and convenient way to secure your purchases and then pick them up. I live in a rural area, and when I take my mother to her appointments, I stop by the shop; I always pick up something interesting. However, the quality of in-person customer service has declined significantly. The staff completely lacks charisma and enthusiasm. If they're going to hire a cashier like that, they could also implement self-checkout systems and save on their salaries. 👍
