Devastation Store

I ordered an etb on May 1st. I understand sometimes shipping takes a while however I have contacted them 2 times for an update and no response. I would love to have an update from them and I may increase my rating but in terms of ease of purchase this store is not it.

The current address is Seminario #263 ✌🏻 Nobody really knows the story behind Funation Store, but I have to say they're doing alright. The service is mediocre, but it's fine. Prices in English are always a bit unfavorable; you can find some interesting things in Spanish. There's no parking.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. The website is terrible. When I bought Pokémon singles, they took forever to ship them, and when I went to the physical store to inquire, the two young women working there just angrily said the order wasn't ready. After waiting for more than six months, I decided to contact a lawyer, which scared them. They responded immediately, and they had to refund me approximately 200,000 pesos, not even as a credit note, but via bank transfer from who-knows-who. To top it all off, in their response to the lawyer, they blamed me for not wanting the cards anymore. Terrible after-sales service, awful in-person customer service, and their social media seems to be run by a bot. There are several great stores out there; have a good time and don't worry: buy somewhere else, because they don't have great prices either.
