DeckSwap is a specialized TCG retailer and local game store located in Santiago, Chile. We focus on offering a professional and community-oriented experience for trading card game players through sealed product sales, accessories, in-store pickup, online sales, and organized play activities. Our store has a dedicated customer area and play space, allowing us to host community events, casual play sessions, product launches and structured tournaments. We currently work with multiple TCG communities and are actively expanding our organized play programs to provide players with a safe, clean and welcoming environment. We have experience managing pre-orders, new set releases, customer support, inventory, online sales, social media communication and in-store operations. Our team is committed to running events responsibly, communicating clearly with players, and helping grow the Disney Lorcana community in Chile. DeckSwap’s goal is to become a consistent and trusted location for Disney Lorcana players, offering a place where new and experienced players can buy products, learn the game, play regularly, and participate in official organized play.

I bought online, the prices were great. I'm from out of town and I was a little worried since I wasn't familiar with the store, but everything went perfectly. The products arrived on time and were well-packaged. The online customer service was excellent because I accidentally selected in-store pickup, and they gave me the option to pay for shipping separately. It was all great, though. Another store might have said, "You're screwed, you have to come pick it up." So, 10/10, I'll definitely buy again.

I recently bought some ETB phone cards, and due to being out of stock, they told me they would issue a refund (May 8th). As of June 1st, I still haven't received a response, and their 14-business-day legal deadline has passed. They're not even answering emails or WhatsApp messages anymore. And I noticed the website was active during the Cyber Monday sale. PS: After I reported them on social media, to SERNAC (Chilean National Consumer Service), and through other channels, they finally agreed to the refund. They didn't respect their refund deadline, and I've attached proof.

This store does NOT respond to customers and does not meet legal delivery and return deadlines. Beware of buying here, as they do not respond to customer problems.

They send opened products, do yourself a favor and don't buy them. They don't respond to anything.

They don't respond on social media, they don't deliver orders, they blame Bluexpress, and there's no solution. I paid for shipping, and to this day I still haven't received what I bought. They've stopped responding to WhatsApp, email, and Instagram—they don't respond either. It's a terrible experience, and I've filed a complaint with SERNAC (Chilean Consumer Protection Agency).
