Great selection of board games and miniatures! Nice space, well-maintained, and very active with the community. The staff are super friendly and have helped me with any questions I've had. I already bought my first Warhammer box from them today.

Unfortunately, their customer service is terrible, both online and in person. I ordered a comic through Instagram and they stopped responding. I had to be incredibly persistent to get it sent, and then I had to go pick it up from the person's house. The store smells awful. It desperately needs ventilation. And the staff there seriously need customer service training. The store has a good selection, but it's not worth the hassle of going there. Choose other stores.

I'm from Santiago and I placed an order. Very fast, reliable, good quality, nice, and inexpensive. Highly recommended, 10/10!
