They've always treated me well and have competitive prices, it's a shame that all One Piece merchandise is in short supply worldwide 🐱😹🫂😮‍💨

They unilaterally cancel purchases and offer no solution. I'm waiting for a refund, which I doubt will arrive before the end of the month. If it does, I'll file a complaint with SERNAC (Chile's National Consumer Service) because they're using pre-sale funds to obtain credit for buying the packs and then reselling them at a higher price. I thought it was just public speculation, but I'm experiencing it firsthand.

Terrible service, arrogant and rude salespeople. You have to request information through social media, since that's the only way to contact them, and they never reply. We had to spam them to get a response and information about a purchase we made (through their website). Compared to other stores, it leaves much to be desired, especially the customer service.

One of the best card game shops in Santiago! The store is very clean and organized, has air conditioning, and is spacious; you can really see the care and attention they give to the community! The directions could be improved; it's a little difficult to find at first given the nature of the area.
