I'm from Santiago (the store is in Viña del Mar), and I've bought pre-release and sealed stock items from them multiple times, and they've always arrived in good condition. They have a WhatsApp group and a YouTube channel, and everyone is very friendly, especially the owner, who's always available to answer your questions! (Lucas)

Excellent store in the Valparaíso Region, if not one of the best. Good prices on TCGs, including pre-sales; they meet deadlines and maintain excellent communication. A very good option in Viña del Mar 👌🏼

Excellent service, great prices, and even cheaper shipping for those outside the capital since there's a flat rate. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
